About your flowers order:

• We will receive your order for delivery NEXT DAY (Monday to Friday) until 3:00 PM Central Time Mexico City (GMT -06:00). After this cut time, we will program to deliver your ordern on second next day possible.

About the flowers delivery:

• We require that all delivery information is already checked by you. Any mistakes related to wrong delivery address details will delay your order. And because we send organic natural products, quality of the product can change if it takes longer for delivery
• We are sorry for not accepting cancellations, refunds or waranty when the address delivery information is incomplete or incorrect. This also applies to delivery phone number (not mobile).
• All deliveries are from Monday to Friday except national holidays.
• Someone must be present to receive the flowers. Shipping companies wont leave the gift box outside your front door for security reasons. If none is there to receive the flowers, it can take up to 48 hours for 2nd delivery attempt. Flower quality may be affected.
• All deliveries occurs from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, except when customer chooses express delivery before 2:00 PM
• In case flower color of your choice is not available, we will inform and request authorization for change in the color. If we can't reach you on time, we will make the best choice possible.

About your payment

• We receive payment in USD dollars throught Paypal and 2co, both US based internet companies. Both are professional and secure. Please provide all payment details to them so they don't reject your payment. Nevertheless if we receive a warning from them, we will contact you in order to receive from you further identification details, such as copy of printed credit card statements.
• We may cancel your order after not receiving further support from your part in order to confirm your identity. This is a general rule to avoid credit card fraud. Sorry for this inconvenience.
